Over the years, the wine industry has been male dominant, and for a woman to succeed in the business, she has to take on another person’s role for her opinions to count. It is the main challenges that Julia Jackson together with her mother Barbara face in their daily activities as they pressure on advancing their family business.

Jackson family wines have been leading over the years in ensuring that it gives the United States the best wine. Since the union of Jess and Barbara, the company has been improving its production time after time. After the death of Jess in 2011, Barbara assumed the leadership of the company a task which she was familiar with since she was the vice chair since 1989.

Under Julia’s mother watch, Jackson family wines have been producing leading brands over the usual Kendall-Jackson, among other leading brands include Screaming Eagle and write. According to Julia, Sonoma has a reputation for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. She claims that these are the brands that were somehow leading in Sonoma. It’s in these brands that the industry is developing and growing to other levels.

Julia Jackson over the usual engagements in the family business, she runs a nonprofit organization that is geared towards providing your girls with a considerate number of role models. The organization was founded in 2014, and the main agenda of Cambria Seeds of Empowerment is to celebrate warrior women. This charitable empowerment awards other nonprofit organizations that embody the programs community, spirit and pillars of equity with $ 100,000 annually.

Julia Jackson is enthusiast about ensuring that women who work hard and overcome the challenges that limit them to reach their height are honored so as to empower the younger generations. Together with her sister, they have been active in Vinters whereas her mother oversees the operation and she is also the owner of the company, which serves under Cambria Winery Seeds Empowerment mission.
